We love crisp summer mornings and the satisfaction of solving the ‘unsolvable’ challenge, and have a lot of fun on the job even when the conditions are not great and the work is hard.

We exist to create positive life changing events outside of each client’s home.
The work of our crew includes the construction of block retaining walls, laying pavers, building fence, and plenty of dirt time amending soils and planting. This is where you start when you don’t have experience. The work involves all the same tasks as skilled labor with a focus on moving materials and helping the skilled labor in completing tasks.
Skilled labor and management positions go to those who have made so many mistakes that they can truly provide constructive feedback and guide our practice forward. We are always looking for labor with the skills required for excellent hardscape and carpentry installations. These people never give up and have a pursuit for knowledge in their field that goes beyond the work itself. They use string lines, screed bars, mason’s mallets, and power tools daily. They can train and onboard new hires and help convert General Labor into Skilled Labor. They are often assigned tasks the company has never done before.
Positions in Landscape Architecture go to those who have completed the required education to be registered and licensed in the state of Washington as a Landscape Architect. These people are plant experts and CAD wizards. They usually have at least 5 years of industry experience and can easily articulate all aspects of the work, planning, and permitting.
These positions usually go to recent landscape architecture graduates looking for experience in the field, or hours working under a registered landscape architect while completing the testing in getting their professional license.
