We needed to overhaul our backyard, including raising large portion to be level with a higher grade. The True Scape team from the start was responsive and courteous. They initially came out to talk with me to discuss the project and get a sense of the work. Throughout the work they helped me understand what the next steps were, and helped me understand my options and the cost of the project. They worked closely with me to refine the design, and were very accommodating throughout the design process. We exchanged ideas and collaborated to land at a design we all felt good about. The team was able to level the grade of the backyard, and put in a new deck, as well as large garden planters in the front. They also installed a irrigation system for the new sod and all plant beds. In the end we gained much more useable space throughout the yard, and maintenance should be quite easy. We were very pleased with the outcome of the work, and the professionalism of the True Scape team.
It has been a pleasure a working with Joe and his team redesigning my yard. First and foremost, Joe is incredibly responsive. I have always received either an email, text, or phone call within hours of contacting him that addresses any question or concern I have. They spent the time to truly capture what it is I was looking for, offering several options, even when I wasn’t able to articulate exactly what it was that I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the work that has been completed, and I’m looking forward to working with them on the next phase of the project.
True Scape Design was hired to build a horizontal fence for our backyard. Even before we met, we knew we wanted to have these guys help us out simply based on their aesthetic and attention to detail. That was only validated by our first meeting when Joe came over to take a look at the backyard. He was not only enthusiastic and excited about what he does for a living, but also about our fence project. Joe explained how he strives to get long-term customers, which was great to hear as the fence is just the first step in our landscape needs.
From the start, Joe made sure we were comfortable and allowed us to be very much a part of the design process. He always listened to and appreciated our ideas and concerns. Always welcoming questions, Joe pushed himself to find the answers and to understand our needs. He absolutely appreciates the day-to-day challenges and sees them as opportunities for him and his company to grow.
Once the building started, it was no time before the fence was complete. The crew worked very hard and was always determined. It was great seeing the process they made at the end of each day. Whether it was early in the morning, into the late afternoon, or even in the rain, they were always moving full speed ahead! Joe’s crew also felt the same enthusiasm for landscape design and always welcomed my questions. They made sure I knew what was happening day-to-day.
Now that the fence is complete, we couldn’t be more happy! The outcome reflects the vision that Joe and his crew laid out which only helps build our confidence in True Scape Design. We cannot wait until the next project we can have them work on!
We hired True Scape Design for a commercial project downtown Seattle. Their project manager and crews were very professional. Showed up on time and got the job done. Looks great. We will be doing more business soon!
